Another Ridiculous Form Adds to Paperwork Nightmare!

The government in its infinite wisdom has decided that the 0.9%Medicare surtax  requires a new form (8959) to ensure taxpayer’s are levied this new tax.  We do not require taxpayer’s to file a special form to report wages, federal withholding or estimated tax payments.  But, if you committed the crime of earning enough money of $200,000 for single taxpayers or $250,000 for married filing jointly couples, then you are now burdened with a new form!  How silly of us to allow the government to further complicate the tax filing for Americans.
